Lot-Owner Terms & Conditions — please read

By reserving a parking space through Hault you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, a legally binding contract between you and Hault.

No mechanical work, repairs, maintenance, or servicing of any vehicle is permitted anywhere on Hault property, at any time, under any circumstances. Violation results in immediate termination without refund, a permanent ban, and vehicle removal at the owner’s expense.

Lots are for legally registered commercial trucks, tractors, trailers, and associated equipment only. Vehicles must stay within assigned spot boundaries and must not block aisles, entrances, or other tenants’ spots.

No hazardous materials, open fires, dumping of fluids or waste, habitation, illegal activity, or excessive noise/idling.

Reservations are not confirmed until full payment is received. All rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes. Renter must vacate on or before the end of the reservation period; overstays incur a prorated daily rate plus a $50/day fee.

Renter assumes all risk of loss, theft, damage, or injury and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Hault. Access credentials are non-transferable. Disputes are governed by Illinois law, venue Cook County, Illinois.
